Mix together crust ingredients and pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
Mix together the first layer ingredients and spread over a cooled crust.
Mix together the second layer ingredients and spread on top of cream cheese layer.
Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
Refrigerate.
