1. Heat vegetable oil to medium-high heat on stove.
2. Pour flour in a medium size bowl and add seasoning- salt & pepper, Tony's, etc.
3. TAKE CHICKEN WINGS AND FIRST DIP THEM IN FLOUR, THEN DIP IN MILK BOWL, AND DIP AGAIN IN FLOUR.
4. PLACE IN SKILLET AND FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
