Great starter on those hot summer days
Slice cantaloupe and peach to fit food processor or blender. Pulse to start to chop up. Add lime juice, heavy cream, 2 tablespoons mint and blend until puree. Add honey to taste depending on sweetness of melon.
Place in medium bowl and place in freezer for 30 minutes.
Spoon into serving bowls, garnish with mint leaf and optional garnish of shrimp and / or crab.
