Suggest a better descriptionCombine turkey, apple, onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl and form into 6 large patties.
I originally got this recipe from 30 Minute Meals. I prefer to use a cast iron skillet for the burgers. This gives them a great sear and keeps them moist. and I use Thomas Extra large English muffins and also add a small amount of garlic powder. ( or make smaller burgers and use am. English muffins.)
Take mayonnaise and cranberries and mix together for a cran/mayo spread. ( or use just mayo if you're not a cranberry lover)
I love cranberry so I use a lot more then the recipe calls for.
Place English muffins in skillet I inside Spread muffin halves with cran-mayonnaise and add burgers and Romane lettuce. Serve burgers with corn on the cob or pasta salad
Do not overcook Turkey Burgers, they will become very dry!
