-Boneless chicken fried. Coated with (flour, white pepper powder, curry powder, seasoning, chicken coating flour)
-Blend chili, garlic,ginger.
-Fried onion slices.
-'Tumis'(malay cooking term) the blend with oil, add maple n honey syrup, sugar, salt, add the fried onion,add the fried chicken. Stir well.
-add vegetable mix(green peas, corn, carrot), onion leaves.
Fry the chicken about medium.
