Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan.
3. Whisk the egg, sugar, and salt until yellow and light. Fold in the chocolate batter. Mix in the flour until lightly incorporated.
4. Pour the batter into buttered cupcake tins. Bake for about 12 minutes, just until the tops crack.
5. Remove cakes from oven.
6. Using oven mitts, place aluminum foil on the top of the cupcake tines and seal on all sides. Turn over onto a flat surface and bang the bottom of the tins. Remove.
7. Leave the cakes upside down on aluminum foil, then carefully serve right side up. Serve immediately.
*Is delicious with vanilla or coffee ice cream!
