Suggest a better description1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3-inches, generously. 3. Beat all ingredients vigorously with spoon 30 seconds. Pour batter into pan. 4. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55-65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. Makes 1 loaf.
