1/2 tsVanilla
1 1/2 cbananas; Mashed, ripe
1/3 cVegetable oil
1/2 cPecans; chopped
2 1/3 cBisquick baking mix
3 Eggs
1 cSugar

Bisquick Banana Bread Preparation

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3-inches, generously. 3. Beat all ingredients vigorously with spoon 30 seconds. Pour batter into pan. 4. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55-65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. Makes 1 loaf. This recipe was fantastic! My family loved it! But, instead of 1 cup of sugar, I did 3 tbsp. of sugar. I just thought it was too much sugar.. It turned out great though! I'll surely make this again in the future! :-)
