A healthier version of Baked Fried Chicken
Preheat the oven to 400(F) degrees. In a large bowl mix flour and spices. Toss the chicken in the mixture. Pour milk in a small bowl to bathe the floured chicken into. Put the bread crumbs on a large plate and roll the bathed chicken into the crumbs. Spray a cookie sheet and arrange the chicken so they are not touching. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Serve with your choice of dip. My favorite is ranch dressing!
Pretty easy recipe! Chicken drumsticks work well, just take off the skin and wash!
