8 ouncesSharp cheddar cheese
8 ouncesSwiss chesse; shredded
2 tablespoonsFlour
1 teaspoonSalt
1/4 teaspoonPepper
1 Garlic
1 canBeer
1 dashTabasco
French bread; cubed

Cheese Fondue Preparation
