1 tbParsley
1 tsCumin
2 Clovesgarlic; crushed
1/2 tsDry mustard
1/2 cBread crumbs; or cracker crumbs
1 tsLemon juice
1/2 tsCayenne pepper
2 Eggs; beaten
2 cnTuna
1 Onion; chopped
1/4 tsCoriander
salt and pepper; to taste
2 tbFlour

Spicy Tuna Patties Preparation

Fry onions in oil until soft then add garlic and seasonings. In a bowl mix the final 7 ingredients. Next add sauteed onions. Make 8 patties from the mixture and fry in oil until browned.

This was easy to make and it was very tasty. A very nice surprise. Although, I would have liked it a bit spicier so I will probably add a bit more cayenne or perhaps a few dashes of Tabasco. Will definitely make this again. (Photo added)

Very tasty & quite spicy. The recipe did not specify the size of the tuna tin so I used one 440g tin. Would be even better with a sauce - perhaps a yoghurt and mint sauce?
