Slice all ingredients. Cook chicken in a small amount of canola oil, remove from pan. Add vegatables. Pour stir fry sauce (separate recipe) over. Add chicken back. Serve over rice or noodles.
This recipe goes with stir fry sauce recipe. I added them separately because I make the same sauce with all stir fries.
