Stone crabs
In large mixing bowl combine. Crab, red pepper, onion, scallions, parsley & garlic
In small bowl stir egg, mustard, lemon juice, worstershire & tobacco
Fold this mixture into crabmeat mixture & add 1/4 cup of bread crumbs. Mixing lightly
Form 8 patties using 1/2 cup of crabmeat for each. Make patties 1/2 inch thick by 3 1/2 inches long. Coat patties w remaining bread crumbs & place on wax paper. Lined baking sheet. Refridgerate for one hour.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add 4 crab ales at a time. Cook about 5 minutes flip & cook another 5 minutes.
