1) Preheat over to 350 degrees Farenheight.
2) Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter and
gradually add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
3) Add eggs and beat. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture,
alternating with sour cream. Add vanilla.
4) In baking pan (what size ???), pour half of the batter. Put half of
the topping on that. Repeat.
5) Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
