Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in large sauce pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add sautéed onion mixture, chicken stock, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, wasabi to blender. Blend until smooth. Add Salt to taste. Season scallops and shrimp, and sear in sauce pan. Add avocado mixture to sauce pan and heat through.
