Suggest a better descriptionIn a saucepan, melt the butter and saute the garlic, onion and apple for about 5 minutes. Stir in the curry powder and saute for 1 minute more. Stir in the flour and gradually add the chicken broth and cream. Season to taste with the salt and pepper. Serve with cooked sliced turkey or chicken. Makes 2 cups of sauce.
