Your basic loaf of white bread.
Combine first 3 ingredients and let proof for 10 minutes. Add oil, flour and then salt. Mix on low until dough ball forms. If mixture is too dry, add water by running hand under faucet and dripping the water in. If too wet, add more flour a tablespoon at a time. Once dough is right consistency, turn mixer to medium and let kneed for 5 minutes. Put in greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double (about 1.5-2 hours depending on temp, humidity, etc.) Divide dough in 2 and roll out into a flat square. Roll up like a jelly roll and put seam side down into greased bread pan and cover with plastic wrap. Let double in size and then bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Internal temp will register 190 degrees when done. Immediately turn out onto wire rack to cool. This makes 2 average sized loaves.
