Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Spray baking pan with spray.
Combine flour, cinnamon, tumeric, pepper and nutmeg.
Coat chicken with flour mix.
Beat egg and milk together; dip in floured chicken.
Coat chicken in bread crumbs, place in pan skin side up (if possible don't let it touch).
Bake for 25 minutes.
Prepare sauce in sauce pan, after the 25 minutes cooking. Pour over chicken.
Continue baking for another 20 minutes or until juices clear.
