2. Wash and cut potatoes into 1/8ths.
3. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
4. Mix all the spices and the parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
5. Place all the potatoes into a gallon ziploc and add olive oil and cheese mixture. Shake until evenly coated.
6. Dump onto cookie sheet in a single layer.
7. Bake 30-45 minutes or until tender and lightly golden brown.
