Donna Vitkauskas' soup recipe
1) Make broth with Onions, Tomato Puree, Garlic, Chicken Bouillon, Water and Chiles.
2) Create ground beef, rice, egg, flour, salt and pepper together to form small meatballs.
3) Drop meatballs in boiling broth and simmer for one hour.
4) Add cilantro to soup after removing from heat.
