2. Stir in oats
3. Cover and refrigerate at least three hours and up to overnight
4. Stir together 1/4 cup honey and the orange juice in a medium bowl
5. Peel apples and grate 1 1/2 cups on large holes of box grater
6. Stir apples and almonds into juice mixture
7. Stir apple mixture into oats until well combined
8. Gently mix in chopped fruit
9. Refrigerate 30 minutes then divide among eight bowls
10. Garnish with additional sliced fruit and drizzle with honey if desired
