Suggest a better descriptionFinely chop the tomatoes and basil. Mix them in a bowl with parsley and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cut the rolls in half. Toast them under a hot broiler for a few minutes, until nicely golden. Remove from oven, and rub the toasted side generously with the cut side of the garlic clove.
