Anita's Favorite Meatloaf

I've tried many recipes and this is our family-favorite. The bell pepper really

gives it a good flavor.


2 pounds ground beef; lean
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 envelope Lipton Onion Recipe Soup Mix
1 sleeve Saltine crackers or Ritz Crackers; crushed
1 each green bell pepper; diced
1 can Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes; optional

Original recipe makes 6



In a large bowl mix all ingredients well with your hands.

Place in bundt pan or 2 loaf pans and bake on 350 for 1 hour.

Meatloaf turned out a little weird, and was practically oozing grease. I liked the taste, however my husband didn't care for it at all (didn't like the onions) so I will not be making this again.

Suprisingly good, tasty, and moist! I didn't have a green bell pepper, so I used a yellow one; I look forward to cooking this with the green pepper, I'm sure there will be a difference!

Great recipe. Loved how easy it was. The ketchup/brown sugar/cider vinegar glaze was a great addition too.

This was the such a quick meal, and my husband loved it. A little too spicy for my 15 month old. I left out the pepper and added some tomato sauce over the top in the last 10 minutes of cooking. Can't wait for another meatloaf night!
