Ready in 45 minutes
I've tried many recipes and this is our family-favorite. The bell pepper really
gives it a good flavor.
"A very simple, easy to prepare recipe that turned out very well. I added a small grated onion and 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet to the recipe. I also made a Brown Sugar Ketchup Glaze using; 1/2 cup ketchup, 4 tablespoons brown sugar and 4 teaspoons cider vinegar. I brush the loaf with half the glaze before baking. I let the finished loaf rest 20 minutes and served with the remaining glaze."
In a large bowl mix all ingredients well with your hands.
Place in bundt pan or 2 loaf pans and bake on 350 for 1 hour.

Shayhilsinger 3y agoMy family loved it! Cheese cubes are a great addition as well.
Patti503 4y agoThe Lipton onion soup mix kills everything.my family was not a fan.
ChefJamie 4y agoGood and moist!
Meloo 4y agoMeatloaf turned out a little weird, and was practically oozing grease. I liked the taste, however my husband didn't care for it at all (didn't like the onions) so I will not be making this again.

Mamalis 5y agoSuprisingly good, tasty, and moist! I didn't have a green bell pepper, so I used a yellow one; I look forward to cooking this with the green pepper, I'm sure there will be a difference!
lareina79 5y agoGreat recipe. Loved how easy it was. The ketchup/brown sugar/cider vinegar glaze was a great addition too.
Doctormom 5y agoThis was the such a quick meal, and my husband loved it. A little too spicy for my 15 month old. I left out the pepper and added some tomato sauce over the top in the last 10 minutes of cooking. Can't wait for another meatloaf night!
