Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 160oC. Lightly grease and line the base and sides of a 20 x 30 cm slab pan.
2. Combine oats, flour, sugar and coconut in a bowl. Mix golden syrup and butter in a pan and stir over a low heat until combined. Add bicarb mixture and then stir through dry ingredients.
3. Press into the base of the pan. Bake for 40-45 min. Cut into pieces while still warm. Drizzle with melted chocolate to serve.
