Healthy muffins
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Mix milk, apple juice concentrate egg whites and oil in bowl or blender. Add to dry ingredients and mix. Add chopped apple. Line muffin pans w paper cups and fill. Bake at 425 for 17 minutes. Store in plastic bag to maintain softness.
