A great dish.
Line 15x10 cookie sheet with graham crackers.
Melt buttter, sugar, milk and egg in pan stirring constantly until thick (5 minutes).
Add 1 C graham cracker crumbs, coconut, pecans, apricots and vanilla.
Pour over graham crackers, spread mixture.
Cover with another layer of graham crackers and top with icing.
Icing (last 4 ingredients)
Mix together and us as much powdered sugar as necessary to spread.
Let cool and cut into bars.
