Mix the marinade together. Heat the coals. Marinate the salmon in half the marinade for 10 minutes.
Cut the salmon into 3-6 pieces.
Grill skin side down for 4-5 minutes. Turn and grill the other side for 4-5 minutes.
Remove with inside slightly raw and place on serving tray and pour over the other half of the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
