Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2) With a mixer, combine sugars and oil in a large bowl. Add the pumpkin or sweet potato and mix until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt ginger, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth. Remove bowl from mixer and stir in cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
3) Pour batter into paper-lined muffin tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm
4) Cool on a cooling rack and frost if desired. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
