Suggest a better description1. Cook the bacon in a pan or in the oven until its almost done
2. Chop into small bits & set aside
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
4. Whisk together eggs & milk, a pinch of salt & pepper to taste & set aside
5. Roll each biscuit until its slightly bigger than the circumfrence of your muffin tin
6. Grease the muffin tin with cooking spray & push one biscuit into each muffin cup ( push all the way down & to the side)
7. Leave the ridge hanging over the edge
8. Divide the cheese evenly in each biscuit cup, then pour the egg in, filling each cup only 1/2 way.
9. Sprinkle bacon on top of the egg & bake for 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are golden & eggs are set
