Suggest a better description1. Heat the oven to 220C
2. Wash the potato under cold, running water. Shake a little to remove the excess water, but don't dry completely. Roll the potato in sea salt.
3. Put them in the oven directly onto the oven shelf. Bake for about an hour or until the centre is soft (use a skewer to test)
4. Whilst the potatoes are cooking, fry the mushrooms in butter with the garlic and parsley on a high heat. Reserve the parsley until they're nearly done (they should start to colour).
5. Take the potato out of the oven and cut open. Place the Gruyere in the potato and layer the mushrooms on top. Quickly wilt the Spinach in the same pan and then place on top of the mushrooms.
