I found a recipe on Banana Bread on here and it was rubbery and flavorless. This recipe is how it's suppose to be- moist, spicy, flavorful, aromic, and DELICIOUS.
Add all ingredients in order and mix well until dough is formed. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Pour dough into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until golden brown.
Makes one large loaf.You want your bananas really ripe.
