banana bread
1) grease and butter loaf pan
2) set oven to 350
3) cream butter and sugar together
4) crush bananas in separate bowl
5) mix crushed bananas butter mixture and eggs together
6) Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together
7) Mix banana mixture butter and eggs together with sifted flour add vanilla
8) pour into greased pan
9) bake 60-70 minutes in 350 degree oven remove when tooth pick inserted into bread comes out dry.
10) refrigerate.
