Old fashioned Banana bread. Just like Grandma made.
With Mixer using bread hooks, fold all wet ingredients together.
Mix all dry ingredients together well and then fold into wet ingredients with mixer on lowest folding speed.
Pour into two large bread pans that have been greased and dusted with flour or use Pam with Flour spray.
Bake at 350? for 55-60 minutes.
You can substitute grated Zucchini or Carrot instead of Banana.
