1. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a blender and blend until batter is smooth. Feel free to add a little almond milk if batter seems too thick.
2. Fold in Chocolate chips.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min. Be sure to spray your pan first and wait for them to cool completely before removing from muffin pan.
