Suggest a better descriptionPlace beans in crockpot and cover with 2-3 times the amount of water. Add chili powder and salt to taste. Cook on high for 4 hours (or until soft) stirring occasionally.
When beans are ready cook the rice.
Serve in a bowl with rice on the bottom, top with beans, and add cheese and salsa to taste.
