Grill steak to your liking. Set aside for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add tomato, cucumber, radish, onion, corn, mint, parsley and quinoa.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and mustard to make the dressing.
Thinly slice steak and add to the salad mixture, toss through the dresser and serve.
