Suggest a better descriptionIn 5qt Dutch oven or saucepan, brown the ground beef. Spoon off excess fat.
Add tomatoes with purée, can of undiluted soup, peas, tortellini, basil and 3 1/2 cups water. Heat until boiling, reduce heat, cover and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Add zucchini and cook uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until zucchini and tortellini are tender.
Yields 11cups, 6 servings, 355 calories per serving.
