Suggest a better descriptionSlice steak into 1/8 inch thick slices. Place steak, onion, mushrooms, mustard, parsley, salt, dill, pepper and garlic in crock pot.
Combine flour and broth in a separate bowl, stirring with a whisk to blend. Add broth mixture to crock pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours. Turn crock pot off, remove lid and let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot noodles.
