1. Place lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, and paprika in a small bowl or jar. Shake or whisk until ingredients are well mixed.
2. In a salad bowl, combine beans, corn, bell peppers, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro. Shake lime dressing again and pour it over the salad. Stir salad to coat vegetables and beans with dressing.
3. Add avocado and serve.
