1. Sift the flour & baking powder together. In a jug mix the yeast & warmed milk , then separate the egg & add the yolk to the yeast mix.
2. Next whisk the yeast mix into dry mix so it turns to a smooth batter. Now mix the meted butter in.
3.whisk the egg white to stiff peaks, then fold into the batter.
4.if using a pan put a little bit of butter in the pan but if using a griddle you might want to put butter or not. Put a dessert spoonfull of batter in the pan or griddle & flip it over when batter starts to bubble.
Tip- you can add a pinch of salt to taste.
