A great summer cake using blueberries. Serve for breakfast, brunch or dessert. Can be topped with Ice Cream
Butter 9inch pan.
Beat butter & sugar - add milk and egg.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to above.
Fold in blueberries and spread in pan. Make topping in Processor.
Top and bake.
Do not put nuts into processor. Topping can be made by combining ingredients with a pastry blender or two knives.
