Breakfast pizza
1. Cook and drain sausage. (Brown it in fry pan or microwave)
2. Separate crescent rolls. Place in an ungreased 12" pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust, seal perforations. Make sure the pan you use has some sort of side or eggs will go over side as it bakes. You could use a 9x13 cake pan if you want - make sides go up with doug about 1".
3. Spoon sausage over crust.
4. Sprinkle potatoes over sausage. (Could add mushrooms, bacon - if desired.)
5. Top with cheeses (mozzarella and Colby).
6. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour into pan over top of filling. I usually pour most into center areas and it spreads to edges from there.
7. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
8. Bake at 375 degrees 25-30 minutes until crust is lightly brown and egg is cooked. Keep your eye on it in case it starts running over sides - you can put foil on the shelf underneath it to catch drips.
