Virgin Diet
Put spinach and coconut in blender first and liquify. Then add frozen fruit in stages along with banana until you like the consistency. The shake will be green but don't be put off, it can be quite good.
Banana is technically forbidden on the Virgin diet but I feel fine including it because it is only a small part and makes the shake just a little sweeter and creamier and my kids eat it more readily so to me its worth it. I buy spinach in bulk from Sam's Club. The best fruit to use is some type of berry, however, I also use the Dole bag of mixed fruit, also from Sam's club. Sam's also has bulk containers of baby kale, which I use sometimes. Full grown Kale has too strong of a taste to use in the smoothie.
