This raw, nutritious salad is a delight as a side dish or even a snack and is sugar-free so is great for diabetics!
In large bowl, roughly chop both Broccoli and Cauliflower into large pieces. Slice onion, cut slices in half and separate rings. Add raisins and bacon bits. In separate bowl, mix rest of ingredients adjusting dressing to taste. Pour over veggie mix and gently toss. Best if refrigerated for at least an hour before serving. Keeps well in refrigerator.
