Very delicious soft & moist
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together brown sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla; beat until light. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture 1/3 at a time alternating with sour cream; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto non-stick baking sheet. (or lightly greased) Bake for 8-10 min. Cool and frost.
Frosting:
Melt butter over med heat until it turns golden brown. Watch carefully. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and enough milk until desired consistency.
Sometimes it's helpful to refrigerate dough between batches to keep its form.
