1. Add onion to frying pan over medium heat until softened
2. Add beef and brown
3. Add all other ingredients and stir well
4. Simmer until moisture reduces and all ingredients are cooked (approx. 15 min)
Serve with Browns tortilla chips and greek yogurt or sour cream
