To die for!!!
In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, and spices. Mix well, cover and refrigerate.
Cut bread into slices on the diagonal. Brush with olive oil and toast on barbeque or in oven at 375.
Spoon equal amounts of the tomato mixture onto the toasted slices of bread. Top with slices of mozzarella and sprinkle with basil.
Place back on barbeque or in oven until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
