Chop all vegetables and herbs and put them in a bowl.
Cube your mozzarella and add to the bowl.
Dressing:
In a small bowl combing your lemon juice, olive oil salt, pepper and white wine vinegar.
Combine dressing with veggies and serve chilled.
Add more ingredients to taste!
