Prepare pizza dough.
defrosted frozen chopped spinach and squeeze out water
saute onions and garlic (2 min) then add chicken. Cooke until done then add 2 tablespons pesto sauce.
mix spinach, 1/2 or so ricotta cheese, 2/3 cup or so spaghettic sauce, 1 to 2 cups shredded mozarella, 1/4 cup or so parmesean cheese, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper. Taste to adjust flavors. Add chicken to spinach mixture.
Roll dough into 12 inch round. Spread semi circle with some pesto sauce then spread thin layer of spinach mixture followed by thin layer of chopped sundried tomatoes, followed by another layer of spinach.
Close calzone. Score with knife. Brush with egg wash (egg white with 1-2 tsp water). Bake at 425 or 450 x15 minutes.
