Roll out 2 pizza doughs into a rectangle
First Calzone: Pepperoni
Place Ragu sauce in the middle of the rolled out pizza dough
Place 2 cups of cheese onto the sauce
Arrange pepperoni on the cheese
Cut diagonal cuts on the sides in order to braid the calzone
Second calzone: Chicken spinach
saute onions and spinach with a small amount of Olive oil and garlic
As above, but add sliced grilled chicken. and onion mixture.
Bake at 350 for 20 min
