Pre-scramble eggs with a pinch of salt to prevent eggs from cooking up rubbery. Freeze individual servings in 1 qt. Ziploc Freezer bags.
Thaw before cooking. Open bag, remove air, reseal. Place bag in boiling water for 6-8 minutes (10-12 minutes for larger servings).
